Passionate about the correlation between architecture and interiors, Jelena’s design approach places an emphasis on the importance of how people will feel in their warm, layered and timeless spaces. Holding a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Master of Architecture and Diploma of Interior Design, Jelena is engaged in all aspects of the design process from initial concept to installation with meticulous attention to detail. A love of travel and a keen eye for design has her always hunting for new and inspiring trends across the globe.

With an extensive career as creative director on some of the world’s most esteemed fashion, interior, design and food publications, Aleks brings an aesthete’s eye to the marketing content and product development of the studio, retail and custom offering. She shares a passion for good design, from the softness of a cushion stitch detail to the boldness of brutalist architecture with travel being her greatest source of inspiration.

Nick’s passion for design was informed at a young age, refined through a certification in Interior Design and honed over six years in the industry giving Nick an innate edge in spatial planning and creative design detailing. His combined commercial experience in finance and marketing results in a broad understanding of the creative process and a calm, grounded approach to project design, delivery and communication.

Passionate about Australian architecture, art and theatre, Vic leads our design team with exceptional creative, technical, communication and leadership skills honed through more than 17yrs of industry experience. Her breadth of knowledge and deeply collaborative approach delivers inspiring vision and highly technical detail with a warm, measured approach. Vic holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture (Hons) from UNSW.

Born and raised in Sicily, Roberta believes that to live beautifully is a form of art. She managed international publicity and events throughout Europe before moving to Australia in 2012 and shares a family love of olives (the tones and the trees)! With an elegant eye and an obsession with all things interiors, she brings poise, polish, tenacity and warmth to the studio’s decorating projects.

Lauren has enjoyed an esteemed career in the interior design industry working inside many of the country’s significant brands and suppliers. Her warm approach and extensive product knowledge ensures a white glove experience for our trade and retail customers across fabric, custom and product sales. Her former training in industrial design is an invaluable addition to our product design and development team.

Alison leads our retail, trade and custom offering with an impeccable eye, intuitive style and lifelong love of design. An established career spanning interiors, fashion, marketing and management with several years in Europe underpins Ali’s innate talent for sourcing the perfect piece and transforming a space with inimitable warmth and wit. She is obsessively organised, effortlessly elegant and a treasured source of knowledge and inspiration.

Warmth, comfort and a sense of calm infuse Kate’s layered interiors and everyday living. Her kind approach and genuine love of place and people is evident in all aspects of her twenty-year career and multidisciplinary practice. She is passionate about the ability of good design to affect everyday joy.

An innate skill for unearthing unique finds and pairing unusual textures and materials fuels Gemma’s love of the tension created between modern and classic designs. A Bachelor of Interior Design supports her precise technical skills and creative talent. Gemma’s calm presence and gracious tenacity is evident in her measured, warm approach.

Inspired by design heroes such as Frank Ghery and Frank Lloyd Wright, Jarrod’s sharp eye for clean, contemporary lines and meticulous detailing is paired with a warm, easy nature and an affinity for neutral, earthy tones, interesting textures and designer sneakers! Early years in the family construction business gives Jarrod an invaluable understanding of the practical workings of a project site and his quiet confidence is underpinned by a Bachelor of Interior Architecture & Honours from UNSW.

A lifelong passion for interiors saw Viera move from an eight year career in financial services to the creative world of interiors. Viera’s love of art, fabrics and beautiful furniture are complimented by her instinctive talent for sourcing the perfect piece. Her laser-focused attention to detail and exceptional project management skills are evident in our residential decorating projects and feature contributions to Australian House & Garden magazine.

With over fifteen years of accounting experience, Katie started her career at Ernst & Young in the USA with a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from Loyola University New Orleans. Broad experience as a financial accountant across various industries in Singapore and Australia has seen Katie hone her craft for concise data, intuitive analysis and clear communication. She enjoys travelling and family time at the beach!

Kim supports our team across finance, people and culture sharing her accomplished business acumen as a mentor and coach with a passion for empowering people. She champions our training and development curriculum, quarterly conversations and strategy sessions with enthusiasm, empathy and insight, and inspires growth with warmth and wisdom.
